OUR POLICY:

Due to hygiene reasons, opening the package is no longer permissible.
However, the exchange is only offered within 24 hours of receiving a defective or wrong scarf other than the one you ordered,
We won’t accept any requests unless:

  • Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unscented, with no pin marks or makeup stain, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • International orders are not subject to refunds or exchanges.
