Due to hygiene standards, opening the package is not allowed.
Exchanges are only accepted within 24 hours of receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unscented, with no pin marks, no makeup stains, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- International orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- We do not accept any request that does not meet these criteria.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and preparation before shipping.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time depends on your location:
- Cairo: 2–3 business days
- Delta Regions: 4–5 business days
- Red Sea Areas: up to 7 business days
Please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays, or natural events) may cause delays. While we strive for timely delivery, the shipping company is responsible for any delays.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & ISSUES
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes! Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement with no penalty.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To cancel, please email us at ritzyscarves@gmail.com within the time frame.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS
If you made a mistake in your shipping address, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us via email within 24 hours so we can correct it in time.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
While all items are packed with care and protective padding, damage can rarely occur during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged product
We’ll send a replacement free of charge once the issue is verified.
PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
- Available items will be shipped immediately.
- Remaining items will be sent as soon as they become available.
